Effective date: July 31, 2026. On this page you can review how Obela supports guitar practice logs, community interaction, media posts, and support requests.
Obela is designed for guitar players who record practice clips, chord ideas, tuning notes, BPM goals, tone details, comments, saves, and profile activity. We describe data practices in plain language so reviewers and users can understand the app surface.
The app may process account identifiers, profile names, practice post content, local media selected by the user, comments, saved items, credit balance signals, device diagnostics, and support messages when those features are used.
Community features such as feed posts, comments, report actions, block actions, and profile views are used to provide the guitar practice experience and to keep discussion relevant to riff clips and practice focus.
Guide credits support optional organization prompts in Guitar Guide. Credit records are used to display balances and feature access, not to provide financial services or music licensing.
Moderation actions help users report or block content. We may review abuse reports, operational logs, and app diagnostics to protect the community and respond to support requests.
Users can choose what to post, whether to save ideas, whether to comment, and whether to contact support. Device permissions are requested only when a related feature such as media selection or camera use is needed.
For privacy questions, account requests, or support needs, contact support@obela.com. The same address is shown across the official support pages.
